Some selections of recent work. And a five-second design philosophy.
Over the next few pages you can sample some of the things I've been up to, both in the recent and not-too-recent past. The emphasis here has been to select a body of work that I feel shows the scope in which I find design; whether it's putting ink on paper, positioning pixels, implying behavior, informing expectations, or simply writing and researching design history for the sake of telling its story, I find that the avenue in which you solve a design problem is always secondary to knowing the design problem to begin with.
